Ingredients (Ragda)
1 cup Boiled White peas
2 medium boiled - Chopped potatoes
2 Chopped Tomatoes
2 Chopped onions
1/4 cup Boiled brown chickpeas
2 tbs oil
Few garlic cloves
1/2 tbs black mustard seeds
Salt as taste
Water as required
1 Table Spoon Turmeric Powder
1 Table Spoon Red Chilli Powder
1 Table Spoon Garam Masala
1 Table Spoon Coriander Cumin Powder
Coriander leaves
2 Table Spoon roasted peanut
1 Chopped green chilli
1/2 cup yoghurt

Method
👉 Take a pan on medium flame and add one tbs oil. After well heat add black mustard seeds, garlic cloves. Now add salt as your taste, turmeric Powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, Coriander Cumin Powder and mix everything well with stirring on medium flame.




👉 Now add boiled white peas, potato (boiled) finely Chopped, Chopped Tomato, Chopped onion and chickpeas. (left few onion - tomato for garnish) Add 1+1/2 to 2 cup water and Cook until well thickness and extra water was burn. Ragda is ready... Cool down for few minutes.

👉 Take a serving plate and set - put Paapadi or Farsi puri. After it transfer Ragda in a serving plate. Add Yoghurt (curd), few Chopped onion, tomato and roasted peanut. Sprinkle Coriander leaves and Chopped green Chillies... Its ready to serve....
