Vanilla cake with chocolate Peanut ganache

Ingredients ⤵️
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup Powder sugar
1/3 cup refined oil
1/3 cup yoghurt (curd)
1/3 cup milk
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 baking soda

Ganache ⤵️
1/2 cup chocolate
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup roasted peanut ( breaked)

๐Ÿ‘‰ Preheat oven for ten minutes at 180c. And grease the loaf cake mould with dusting some flour.
๐Ÿ‘‰ In large bowl take yoghurt, refined oil and add sugar. Whisk until well mixed like a cream. Add half of (from 1/4 cup) milk.
๐Ÿ‘‰Take a Siever and add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and sieve it in bowl.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Mix everything very well and add lefted milk for well constituency. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Pour the batter in loaf mould and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Take out from oven and rest for 10 minutes. During this make chocolate ganache.
๐Ÿ‘‰ In a separate bowl boil the milk on high flame. Low the flame, add Chopped chocolate and boil until medium thickness.
๐Ÿ‘‰After make it, rest for 3-4 minutes - during it come out the cake from mould and put in the plate and spread ganache on cake.
๐Ÿ‘‰Sprinkle or spread breaked roasted peanut. Its ready to serve....
