Beans and Salad
Its so healthy and energetic lunch or dinner that you're take in cool winter. Also its fully vegan and rich of many Nutrients.


Ingredients:-
 Kidney beans
black chickpeas
white peas
salt as taste
Garlic paste
1 tbs oil
1 tbs black mustard seeds
1 tbs turmeric powder
1 tbs red chilly powder
1 tbs cumin coriander powder
1 tbs asafoetida
1 green and red chilly (roughly chopped)
1 carrot (make slices)
1 tomato (roughly chopped)
2 small onion (slices & chopped)
6-7 valor
few mint leaves
few bay leaves
few coriander leaves
few roots leaves
little water




How to Do:-
👉 first soak out the kidney beans, black chickpeas and white peas in water for 10-11 hours. Then during food preparation boil out in pressure cooker with 4-5 whitchle.

👉 Also boil out carrots slices and Valor.

👉 Now take a pan on medium flame and add 1 tbs oil. after well heated add salt as taste,black mustard seeds and few water. mix well and cook for 1 minute.



👉  Now add chopped green and red chilly, few chopped tomato, bay leaves, coriander leaves ,mint leaves, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, cumin coriander powder and asafoetida. Mix very well and cook for 2- 3 minutes. Then add boiled kidney beans,white peas and black chickpeas. Mix all those and bake for 5-6 minutes on medium to high flame.

👉 Now take serving plate and put root leaves, few coriander-bay- mint leaves. Now take out cooked curry on the top of garnished serving plate.

👉 Add boiled valor and boiled carrots slices. Add chopped and slices of onions. garnish with few more mint leaves, bay leaves and coriander leaves.

👉 Serve with Roti, Naan, paratha with chutney or as your taste.
