Baked Sweet Potatoes with Tomatoes Puree or Ketchup

400 grams Sweet Potatoes
1 tbs oil
1 tbs green chilli powder
1 Tbs Garam Masala
1 tbs Asafoetida
1 tbs garlic Powder
1/2 tbs sea salt
1/2 ginger paste or Powder
Garnish - serve with Tomatoes puree or ketchup. (as required)

How to Do :
- peeled the sweet potatoes and make round (you can make your own) slices.
- boiled them in water until bit softness.
- Drain out water and give rest until perfectly dry.
- Preheat the oven at 220c for 10 minutes. During it... Take a big bowl and add the dry boiled SP slices in it. Now add oil, chilli powder, garam masala, sea salt, garlic Powder, asafoetida and ginger paste or Powder.
- mix everything very well.
- Take baking tray and set baking paper.
- set the slices in tray and careful for that was not putting on each other.
- bake for 40-45 minutes or until well Golden crispy.
- Take out from oven and rest for 7-8 minutes and add Tomatoes puree.
