Stuffed Paneer Brinjal : Tasty Yummy and Healthy

Ingredients
2 big Brinjals
50 grams Paneer ( crushed)
2 small crushed Tomatoes
2 small crushed onions
3-4 crushed green Chillies
1 Table Spoon Red Chilli Powder
1 Table Spoon Turmeric Powder
1 Table Spoon Garam Masala
1 Table Spoon Cumin Coriander Powder
1/2 Table Spoon black mustard seeds
1/2 Table Spoon Asafoetida
2-3 table spoon refined oil
Salt as taste
Few Coriander leaves



Method
🔪 Wash the Brinjals and cut half way. Steamed out in any mess from water steam for 8-10 minutes.

🥄 To make stuffing, Take a pan on medium flame and add refined oil. After well heating add black mustard seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric Powder, garam masala, Coriander Cumin Powder, Asafoetida, crushed Tomatoes, crushed onions and crushed green Chillies and salt as taste. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Turn off flame.



🥄  Add Paneer in the stuffing. Now fill the stuffing in Brinjals. After stuffed the Brinjals cover the pan with lid and cook for more 4-5 minutes.

🍱 Now sprinkle Coriander leaves and its ready to serve......
