Potato curry is very yummy and delicious also with healthiness for lunch or dinner. Mostly i like to made for lunch. 

INGREDIENTS
3-4 medium sized boiled potatoes  ( chopped)
4-5 green chillies
1 big Tomatoes
1 onion
3 table spoon refined oil
salt as taste
Few cinnamon
Few cinnamon stick
Few Bay leafs
1 table spoon black mustered seed
1 table spoon garam masala
1 table spoon red chiili powder
1 table spoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon asafoetida
METHOD  ⤵️ (Puree - Gravy)
👉 First we make puree or gravy for potato curry. So first take mixture bowl and add one chopped tomato, 2 chopped green chillies and chopped onion. Make a thick paste of it and take out in a mess.



👉 Now take a pan on medium flame and add refined oil. After one two minutes, add salt, black mustered seed, garam masala and asafoetida cinnamons, cinnamon sticks, chopped green chillies and bay leafs.  Now add turmeric powder and Red Chillies Powder and mixed well. Now add 1/4 cup water and mix well then add tomato- onion paste and Bake it for 5-6 minutes.

👉 After well baked add chopped potatoes in it and mix well. Finally bake for more 2-3 minutes and  Potato curry is ready.
