Special Bombay Taste Pav Bhaji

Ingredients
500 grams Chopped potatoes
1 cup  Green Peas
1 cup Chopped onion
1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 cup Chopped flower cabbage
1/2 cup Chopped capsicum
PavBhaji Masala
Salt as taste
1 Table Spoon Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Table Spoon black mustard seeds
Pinch of Asafoetida
Two pinch of Turmeric Powder
1 Table Spoon Coriander Cumin Powder
1 Table Spoon Garam Masala
2 Table Spoon Garlic - ginger paste
Lemon juice as taste (spread during eat)
Butter
Coriander leaves (garnish)



Method
👉 Take a pan on medium to high flame and add Chopped potatoes, peas, Chopped Tomatoes and Chopped flower cabbage to simmer for 17-20 minutes. Then mash all of those mixer properly and add few water. Take out in a plate.

👉 Now take a pan on medium flame and add butter, Chopped capsicum, Salt as taste, Red Chilli Powder, black mustard seeds, Pinch of Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Spoon Garlic - ginger paste and mixed everything well and bake for 4-5 minutes.



👉 Now add the mashed pulp in the pan and few water then simmer for few more minutes or until the well consistency and color. You can add red color if you want for more colorful bhaji.

👉 Apply - add butter or refined oil on pav and Roast on pan. Now serve the bhaji with pav and also add lemon juice in bhaji as your taste and Chopped onion or slices with it.
