Last night what's i ate :  Paneer Cury and  Roti....

Ingredients :-
100 grams paneer
1 big tomato
1 big Onion
3 table spoon refined oil
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon garam masala
1 table spoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon red chiili powder
1 table spoon cumin powder
1 table spoon coriander powder
1/2 cup water




METHOD :-
๐Ÿ‘‰ Before starting recipe First make square slices of paneer. Then Make paste of A big tomato and a big Onion in grinder or mixture.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Now take a pan on medium flame and add 3 table spoon refined oil and boil it. After well boiled add salt as taste or one table spoon, one table spoon red chiili powder, one table spoon turmeric powder, one table spoon garam masala, one table spoon cumin powder, one table spoon coriander powder and mix well with stir.



๐Ÿ‘‰ After cook it for 3-4 minutes add the tomato - Onion paste in the pan and mix it well. Now add half of cup water and mix everything well with medium flame.  Stir and mix well. Put the lid on pan and cook for 14-15 minutes. After drying water and well cooked add Paneer in the pan and cook for four to five minutes more.
