Mixed Rice - Healthy + Yummy for perfect Dinner With Veggie and Roti

Ingredients :-
1/2 cup Boiled Rice
2/3 cup Boiled White Chickpeas
2 Table Spoon refined oil
Pinch of Asafoetida
2 pinch of black mustard seeds
Pinch of Salt or as taste
1/2 table spoon Garam Masala
1/2 Table Spoon Turmeric Powder
1 Table Spoon Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Table Spoon Cumin - Coriander Powder
Coriander leaves
2/3 cup of Chopped Tomatoes
3 Green Chillies (Chopped)



Method
👉 First boil out  rice and chickpeas separately.
Then take a pan on medium flame and add refined oil and after well heating add Black mustard seeds, asafoetida, garam masala. Stirring well and bake for a minute.

👉 Now add few coriander leaves, few chopped Tomatoes and all of chopped green chillies. Bake for 3-4 minutes with stirring. Then add boiled chickpeas and salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander - cumin powder and mix well. Add very few water and bake for 5-6  minutes or until the water drying.



👉 Now take out it in a plate and add  boiled rice, lefted Tomatoes (chopped) and mixed everything. You can add honey if you want some sweet taste but its optional. Now sprinkle coriander leaves. Its ready to serve...
