Methi Gota (Green Fenugreek Ball ) or Methi Bhajiya with 👌👌 YumYum Taste

Besan Flour - 1 cup
Refined Oil -  1 ltr fir boiling
Chopped Fenugreek leaves - 1+1/2 cup
Chopped Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Salt as taste
Water as required
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Table Spoon
Garam Masala - 1 Table Spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Table Spoon
Chat Masala - 1 Table Spoon
Baking Soda - 1/2 Table Spoon

👉 Take a big bowl and sieve the Besan Flour. Now add Chopped Fenugreek leaves, Coriander leaves, salt as taste, red chilli powder, turmeric Powder, garam masala, chat masala and baking soda. Now slowly slowly add water to make a dough. Don't add much water.

👉 After add water mix everything very well and check the consistency. Its should be like a heavy cream. Not more thick not thin.

👉 Now take a pan on medium flame and boil the refined oil. Then take dough in small ball quantity with fingers or spooon and put in oil to boil out. Don't add too much together otherwise its will stick with each other. Boil until it's became golden bit brown on medium flame. And drain out from oil to a plate. They are ready to serve....
