500 grams Black Gram Skinned Flour
500 grams Ghee
500 grams Sugar
50-60 grams Edible Gum
100 grams Chopped Almonds
100 grams Chopped Cashews
50 grams Chopped Pistachios
2-3 table spoon milk
Water as required

πŸ‘‰ First sieve the black gram skinned flour.
Now add milk and ghee around 2-3 table spoon and mix everything very well and rub with both hand. Rest for 10-15 minutes.

πŸ‘‰ Now sieve the mixture. Take a big pan or mess on medium to high flame and add ghee. Now add the sieve mixture in it. Cook until the golden brown color or the special smells come out.

πŸ‘‰Deep fry the Edible Gum in ghee. Drain out in a plate and leave beside.

πŸ‘‰ Now in other mess make sugar syrup of 500 grams Sugar. Add water just level of sugar in mess.

πŸ‘‰ Now in the flour mixie, add fried Edible Gum, Sugar syrup, half of Chopped Almonds - Cashews - Pistachios. Mix everything very well and transfer in greased mess (square or round). Add leftover Almonds, Cashews Pistachios to garnish on top. Rest for 15-20 minutes and then cut out in small square pieces. It's ready to serve....
