Paneer Potato Bhajiya : Tasty & Yummy

5 small potato (slices or cut in any shape)
Chopped Paneer 100 grams
Gram Flour 1/2 cup
Aamchur powder 2 table spoon
1/2 table spoon garam masala
2 Pinch of Asafoetida
1/2 table spoon Coriander-Cumin powder
1/2 table spoon Chaat Masala
1/2 table spoon Garlic paste
1/2 table spoon red chillie powder
1/3 table spoon turmeric powder
Salt as taste
Refined oil for fry
Water as needed

๐Ÿ‘‰ Take gram flour in a bowl and add Aamchur powder, Garam Masala, Asafoetida, Coriander Cumin powder, Chaat Masala, Garlic paste, red chiili powder, turmeric powder, salt as your taste and finely chopped Paneer.

๐Ÿ‘‰ After all ingredients added in bowl mix all of them and bit mashed with hand, thats mixed the paneer with other ingredients. Now slowly slowly add water and continuesly mix and stir it. Make the fine loose dough (like puree or tomato sauce).

๐Ÿ‘‰ When the dough is ready, beside on the gas take frying pan on medium to high flame and boiled the refined oil. During boil the oil, add potato slices or your own shaped cutting potato in dough and coated them with the dough.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Now fry out all the dough coated potato slices or your own shaped Potato cuttings. Boil - Frying out them for 4- 5  minutes or until its became golden brown. After well fried drain out from refined oil and put it in plate.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Garnish with coriander leaves, cumin leaves, chopped green chillies and they are ready to serve with curd, tomato ketchup, chutney etc.
