Daal Vada : Tasty +Healthy +Yummy
Famous Indian Daal vada, it's healthy, tasty and so crispy also Very easily prepared.
Mung Daal 1 cup
4-5 Table spoon rice (optional)
Oil for fry
Coriander leaves
1 table spoon garam masala
1 table spoon Garlic paste
1 chopped green chilli
Pinch of asafoetida

👉 First soak out Mung Daal and rice 7-8 hours ago before cooking. After it take a mixture blender and made paste of Mung daal and Rice. Rice is optional but its make crispy the vada.

👉 Now take a deep mess or bowl and take out the paste in the bowl or mess. Add Garam masala, pinch of asafoetida, garlic paste, coriander leaves and green chilli pieces. Mix everything very well and make the mixie with well thickness.

👉 Take a frying pan or mess to fry the vada from the prepared mixie. Add oil and heat on high flame. After well heated the oil put the mixie of a table spoon (quantity) at a time with hand to frying and make vada. After the vada looks golden brown dry out from oil and take in plate. Do the same process with whole mixie.
Serve with chutney, tomato ketchup, Yogurt or as your taste.
