Vegan Parathha and  Potato Peas Sabji :  Yummy + Delicious +Vegan +Healthy Recipe

Parathha ⤵️
[ Ingredients ] >>>
One cup wheat flour
Water as required
2 Table spoon oil per Parathha
1/3 table spoon turmeric powder
INGREDIENTS (Potato Peas Sabji)
2 Medium sized potatoes
150 grams green Peas
3 Table spoon refined oil
1/2 table spoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon red chiili powder
1 table spoon garam masala
1 table spoon black mustered seed
1/2 table spoon cumin seeds
Salt as taste
1/3 cup water (for Sabji)
Water for boiled Potato - Peas

METHOD (Parathha) ⤵️
πŸ‘‰ Take the wheat flour as your requirements. I take one Cup for 4 Parathha and add turmeric powder. Add water now in to make Dough. For smoothness add some Ghee or Oil.  Now Stir with hard hand and make thick Dough. After it Make  small ball of it and press with hand. Then rolling them to make a Parathha (a round shape ). You can make your own shape. Make all of as the same way.

πŸ‘‰ After rolling and make Parathha baked side by side it in Tawa or Pan.  During baking Parathha brushed oil or Ghee (i used oil) both side by side while bake the side. The Parathha is ready to serve.

METHOD (Potatoes - Peas Sabji) ⤵️
πŸ‘‰ First boiled potatoes and Peas separately, remember don't boil to much otherwise they looses their colors and healthieness. After drains from water and warm them for few minutes. After warmed, chopped the potatoes.

πŸ‘‰ Take a mess or pan on medium flame and add refined oil, after well heated add - black mustered seed, cumin seeds, red chiili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt as taste. Now stir and baked them for 3-4 minutes. Now add boiled chopped potatoes and Peas and few water. Cover the pan with lid and baked until the water was dried. After well baked take out in plate. Its ready to serve...
