Oats Laddu (Ball): Very easily prepared and Tasty +Healthy +Yummy - FulFilled Your Food with healthier lunch, dinner or breakfast.


2 cup Oats
1+1/2 Cup Jaggery
4 Table Spoon Ghee
3-4 Table spoon Water
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
1 Table Spoon Cardamom Powder

-- Roast the Oats on medium flame and make powder of it.
-- Take a pan on medium flame to Melting Jaggery with Ghee and half cup of Desiccated coconut and water.
--Stir everything and Bake until jaggery well melted (around 3-4 minutes)
-- Then add Oats powder and bake until well Thickness.
--make small ball from it and  roll up with another half cup of Desiccated Coconut. Now its ready to serve....
