Mohanthaal : Healthy and Yummy

INGREDIENTS ⤵️
Gram Flour (Besan) 250 Grams
Sugar 150 grams
Ghee 150 grams
Cardamom Powder 1/2 table spoon
food color (optional)
Milk 3-4 table spoon
Water 1 cup



METHOD ⤵️
๐Ÿ‘‰ First take gram flour and add 3-4 Table Spoons milk and 3-4 Table Spoons Ghee. Now mix everything well and crumble in hand. After it give rest for 8-10 minutes.

๐Ÿ‘‰ After rest it, take a sieve and sieve out the crumbles besan. Check out its became granular, its most important part of the recipe.



๐Ÿ‘‰ Now take heavy non stick pan on medium flame and add all lefted Ghee. After well melting add sieve mixture with stirring. Cook it until became golden - aromatic (around 20-25 minutes).

๐Ÿ‘‰ Now prepare for Sugar syrup. Take a mess and add Sugar and water. Boil until Sugar was  melting very well with continuously stirring. Also add Cardamom Powder during boiling it.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Now add the Sugar syrup in prepared besan mixture little by little and mix very well through continously stirring. After everything mixed take out in a greased plate and after few minutes of rest make cuts in it as your own shape. Its ready to serve...
