➡️ INGREDIENTS (Dhoklaa)
2 cup Gram flour (besan)
5 table spoon Sugar powder
1/2 table spoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon Citric Acid
Salt as taste
1+1/2 table spoon Ginger Garlic paste
1 table spoon cooking oil
1 table spoon asafoetida
Water 1/2 glass or as required
1 table spoon Baking Soda

3 finely chopped green chillies
Few curry leaves
1/2 table spoon asafoetida
1 table spoon black mustered seeds
1 table spoon Sugar
few coriander leaves
Salt as taste
3 table spoon cooking oil

METHOD (Dhoklaa) ⤵️
👉 First take a bowl and stain (sieve) gram flour. Now add sugar powder and Citric Acid, turmeric powder, salt as taste, Ginger Garlic paste and asafoetida. Now mix everything very carefully and after mixed it, slowly add water and stirring the mixie and make very fine batter. After well mixed and the batter is ready, give rest for 10-15 minutes with covered.

👉 Now add cooking oil and baking soda and mixed finely. Now take a greased round mess to pour the batter in it and then steam out for 18-20 minutes. After well steamed take out and make small piece of it as your own shape.

👉 First take small (tadka) pan and add cooking oil, after well boiled add black mustered seeds, asafoetida, sugar, salt as taste, curry leaves, finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves. Fry - Bake for 2-3 minutes and its ready.

✔️👉 Now pour the tempering (tadka) top of the Dhokalaa and they are ready to serve... You can serve with yogurt, tomato sauce, some popular Indian chutney etc...
