Gourd Cofta - Louki ka Kofta : Delicious + Healthy + Yummy 🥗
500  Grams Gourd
3  green chillies
2 table spoon Garlic Onion paste
1/2 table spoon red chiili powder
1/2 table spoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon garam masala
1 table spoon Chaat Masala
2-3 table spoon Corn flour
1/4 cup Chickpeas Flour
Salt as taste
300 Grams Refined Oil

👉 First thinly rush out gourd and green chillies. Now take it in a bowl and add red chiili powder, turmeric powder, garlic onion paste, garam masala, chaat masala, salt as taste and mixed everything well. After it add Corn flour slowly with stirring and mixing. Now add 1/3 cup of water, Then add Chickpeas flour and mix everything very well and make thin mixie like souce without lumps. Now mixie is ready to fry.

👉 Take a pan on medium flame and add refined oil to boiled. After well boiled put mixie one table spoon at a time. During it looks that take a round shape. This same way add 12-13 table spoon mixie separately to make Cofta. After well fried and became brownish drain oil and take in a plate. Do the same and fried out all mixie.

2 Tomatoes (make paste)
1 onion (make paste)
2 table spoon oil
Salt as taste
1/4 garam masala
1 table spoon cumin - coriander powder
1/2  table spoon Garlic paste
👉 First take oil in a pan and boil it. Now add salt as your taste, garam masala, cumin - coriander powder, garlic paste, tomato paste and onion paste. Boiled it with stirring until its became well thick.
