INGREDIENTS ( Spicy Yogurt) :-
2 table spoon refined oil
1/4 table spoon garam masala
1/4 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon red chiili powder
1/4 table spoon turmeric powder
1/4 table spoon asafoetida
1 table spoon Garlic - Ginger paste
1/4 table spoon black mustered seed
some roughly chopped curry leaves

πŸ‘‰ First take a pan on medium flame. Add two table spoon refined oil. Boil it for one minute and add black mustered seed, curry leaves, asafoetida, garam masala, red chiili powder and turmeric powder. Mix well and stir with boil it for one - two minutes. Now add garlic - ginger paste and mix well and take off from stove.

πŸ‘‰ Now Take Yogurt in the mess (Yogurt in room temperature) and add the mixie (prepare in first step) in yogurt. Then add salt as taste and mix everything well. Enjoy your Spicy Yogurt...

INGREDIENTS ( Wheat Nann) :-
Wheat flour one cup
Water - as required
2 table spoon Ghee
few coriander leaves

πŸ‘‰ Take wheat flour as your need or one cup and add few water with stirring. Make well thickness dough. After made it, from the dough make small balls to make roti of it. First make all the Roties of your dough. Its should be three if the flour was one cup.

πŸ‘‰ After made roti, brushing water on it and add few coriander leafs then baked on tawa or pan on medium flame. Remember the water brushed side must be inside of tawa. When bubbles shows on roti, turn the tawa (yes whole tawa or pan - not the roti) in hand over the gas and bake second side of it. After well baked take out the Roti in plate and brush the Ghee. Do the same with all of your roti to made the nann. Its ready to serve with Spicy Yogurt...
