Actually this is one of my favorite and very delicious, yummy recipe - the curd ball or Dahi Vada. This one is perfect for breakfast, lunch or in dinner.

INGREDIENTS ⤵️
1/2 cup of Udad Dal
1/3 cup of Mung Dal
2 Cup yogurt (curd)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 litres refined oil
Salt as taste
1/3  table spoon baking soda
3 cup water
Chaat Masala
2-3 table spoon Tutti Fruitti
2-3 table spoon Black grapes - Kismis

METHOD ⤵️
πŸ‘‰ First we have to take a mess and add water it in and then add Udad Dal and Mung Dal in the water to steep it for 4-5 hours. After well steeped filter from water.

πŸ‘‰ Now Take a mixture and make medium thick past (dough) of Udad dal and Mung dal.  Take out in mess and add salt and baking soda for taste. Stir and mix well and make dough.

πŸ‘‰ Now on medium flame boil the refined oil and beside in a mess take buttermilk. Take the dough in a spoon size and add in oil to fry with carefully make in round shape small ball. Fry out all the dough as small ball shape. Fry until its became brown. After well fried take out from oil, remember the Vada (small ball) don't be wet with oil. After one two minutes steep them in to buttermilk for make them so crunchy and fluffy from inside.



πŸ‘‰ After 8-10 minutes take out in plate from buttermilk and add curd on it. Now sprinkle chaat masala and garnish with Tutti Fruitti and dried black grapes and Kismis. Your Curd Ball is ready to serve.... 

πŸ‘‰ You can also add some red chutney, Pomegranate seed to garnish it IF YOU LIKE.. i don't use it this time because i want to taste as new way and its so delicious....
