INGREDIENTS
2 boiled Potato  (chopped )
1 big Onion (chopped)
2 chopped Tomatoes
5-6 chopped green chillies
1/5 chopped cauliflower
wheat flour Roti - Chapati ( recipe link in bio )
1 table spoon tomato ketchup per Roti
2 table spoon refined oil
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon garam masala
1 table spoon coriander-cumin powder
1 table spoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon red chiili powder
1 table spoon black mustered seed
1 table spoon asafoetida



METHOD ⤵️
πŸ‘‰ First we make the stuffing for chapati. So take a pan on medium flame and add 2 table spoon refined oil and boil it. Now add 1 table spoon salt, 1 table spoon garam masala, 1 table spoon coriander-cumin powder, 1 table spoon black mustered seed, 1 table spoon asafoetida and mix well. 

πŸ‘‰ After two - three minutes add all chopped vegetables - potato, onion, cauliflower, tomatoes and green chillies in the pan and continue to bake with stirring for 5-6 minutes. After well baked take out in plate. Our Stuffing for Chapati is ready.
