This is so yummy and delicious. If you leave to eat curd in place of chutney and use sauce, chutney or ketchup then its fully vegan. Its very easy, yummy, delicious food with vegan ingredients and healthy so far.....

4 Boiled Potatoes
1/2 cup of Oats
3 table spoon Chickpea flour
3 table spoon Semolina
Salt as taste
300 - 400 grams refined oil (for fry)
1 chopped tomato
1 lemon's juice
4-5 chopped green chillies
chopped garlic 4-5 table spoon
chopped curry leafs
(if you like, you can add more vegetables)
Water if needed to make dough

πŸ‘‰ Take the boiled potatoes and mashed them.  Now add half of cup Oats, 3-3 table spoon Semolina and chickpea flour and salt as your own taste. Now add one table spoon refined oil and stir with hand to make thick dough.

πŸ‘‰ After it add all chopped vegetables - green chillies, garlic, tomato, curry leafs and mix well in the dough. Now add lemon juice, stir well and the dough is ready. If its so thick then use water as required.

πŸ‘‰ Now make small medium thick round shaped very small chapatti, from all of the dough. Now take a pan on high flame and warm up refined oil.

πŸ‘‰ When the oil warming very well, fry out all those round shaped chapatti. Fry or bake them until they were not become golden brown from both sides. After looks golden - brown take off from the gas and rest them.

πŸ‘‰ You can use the recipe at nights or also in breakfast with curd (if you remove curd, its fully vegan), tomato ketchup or with your favourite chutney.

πŸ‘‰(NOTE) If you want to make it Salty, add more salt, if you wanna taste Spicy them add more red chiili powder in dough or if you like sour taste then add 5-6 lemon's juice during make the dough.
