INGREDIENTS (Ladiesfinger curry) :⤵️
400 grams Ladiesfinger
1 big Onion
1 big tomato
Garam Masala
3 table spoon refined oil
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon red chiili powder
few chopped garlic

πŸ‘‰ Firstly make gravy of onion and tomato, to make gravy chopped the onion and tomato - and take a mixture bowl to make puree. After making puree of onion and tomato take it out in a mess.

πŸ‘‰ Now take a pan on medium flame and add refined oil. After heated oil add chopped garlic. Now add Ladiesfinger and boil-bake it on medium flame. After became brownish add the puree. Also add salt as your taste, red chiili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and coriander leafs. And bake - boil for 8-10,minutes with stirring. 

INGREDIENTS (Bajara Roti) ⤵️
Bajara Flour
Water as required
salt as taste
Butter as your choice 

πŸ‘‰ Take a mess and add Bajara Flour and water to make a dough. Also add salt as your taste. Now mix well and stir with hard hand to make well thick dough. After prepared the dough make round shaped Chapati with both hand, remember not to use any types of mess to make round shape chapati. Just made with both of your hands. Then bake on the soil tawa for batter taste. Bake both sides until it became golden - brownish. Now brush the butter on top of the side. Its ready to serve with delicious Ladiesfinger curry.
