Today's what we ate in dinner...? Its yummy delicious vegan and healthy foods. The Plain Roti and Cheese Roti, Matar Paneer Tomatoes curry, salad, buttermilk, potato chips cum French fries......


[ Ingredients ] >>>
One cup wheat flour
Water as required
2 Table spoon oil

¦ [ How we Made Roti] ¦??????
For Roti take the wheat flour as your requirements. We take one Cup for four Roti. Add water in flour make Aata. For smoothness add some Ghee or Oil. Now Stir with hard hand and make thick Aata. Make four small ball of it. Then Make Roti. You can make your own shape.
After make Roti bake side by side it in Tawa or Pan. For Cheese Roti add cheese on Roti on single side with medium flame heat. You can add vegetables also if you want as we add. Thats your Rotis are ready to serve.

3-4 Table spoon oil
2 Pieces of chopped Tomatoes
100 grams Matar
50 grams paneer slices
1/2 table spoon red chiili powder
1/2 table spoon turmeric powder
1/2 table spoon black mustered seed
1/2 table spoon coriander - cumin powder
Some curry leafs
Some green oriental leafs

[ How we made Matar Paneer Tomatoes]????
Take a pan on medium flame. Add refined oil and boi it. After one or two minutes add some regular masala of Veggie ( sabji). Now add chopped tomatoes, matar, red chiili powder, turmeric powder, black mustered seed, coriander- cumin powder, curry leafs, coriander leafs in pan and bake it for 10-15 minutes. Now add some paneer slices as your taste and bake for five to seven minutes.
Your Matar Paneer Tomatoes curry (Veggie - Sabji) is now ready to serve.
You can serve salad, buttermilk etc as your daily taste with this dish.
