INGREDIENTS ( Spicy Yogurt) :-
1+1/2 CUP YOGURT
2 table spoon refined oil
1/4 table spoon garam masala
1/4 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon red chiili powder
1/4 table spoon turmeric powder
1/4 table spoon asafoetida
1 PIECE CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
3-4 PIECES OF CHOPPED GARLIC
1/4 table spoon black mustered seed
some roughly chopped curry leaves

How to Make????
First take a pan on medium flame. Add two table spoon refined oil. Boil it for one minute and add black mustered seed, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, curry leaves, asafoetida, garam masala and turmeric powder. Mix well and stir with boil it for one - two minutes.



Now add Yogurt in the pan with continues medium flame. Then add salt as taste and red chillies Powder. Continues to boil it with stirring and up the flame to high. After 7-8 minutes of boil or cooked it the Spicy Yogurt is ready. If you want you can garnish with extra vegetables like green chillies, red chiilies, coriander leafs etc. Enjoy Spicy Yogurt...

INGREDIENTS ( Cheesy Roti) :-
Wheat flour - as required
Water - as required
Spread cheese - 1 table spoon per roti

Take wheat flour as your need and add few water with stirring. Make well thickness ataa. After make the Ataa made some balls from it and make roti of it. First make all the Roties of your ataa.

After made it take a tawa or pan on medium flame and put the roti on it. First baked any one side of the roti. Then turn the side and bake second side of it. During the baking of second side add the spread cheese on first baked side. After well melted take out the Roti on plate. Do the same with all of your roti.
