Last night i ate Mutter (Peas) Paneer Veggie and Bajara Roti.... mostly its taken with wheat Roti, paratha but this time i have taste with Bajara Roti. Ots really yummy and fantastic...

Ingredients :-
100 grams paneer
50 grams green Peas
1 big tomato
1 big Onion
3 table spoon refined oil
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon garam masala
1 table spoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon red chiili powder
1 table spoon cumin powder
1 table spoon coriander powder
1/2 cup water
Bajara Flour as needed

METHOD :-
Before starting recipe First make square slices of paneer. Then Make past of A big tomato and a big Onion in grinder or mixture.

Now take a pan on medium flame and add 3 table spoon refined oil and boil it. After well boiled add salt as taste or one table spoon, one table spoon red chiili powder, one table spoon turmeric powder, one table spoon garam masala, one table spoon cumin powder, one table spoon coriander powder and mix well with stir.



After bake it for 3-4 minutes add the tomato - Onion past in the pan and mix it well. Now add half of cup water and mix everything well with medium flame. Now add Green Peas in the mixie. Stir and mix well. Put the lid on pan and bake for 14-15 minutes. After drying water and well baked add Paneer in the pan and bake for four to five minutes more.

Make Bajara Roti as the same method of Wheat Roti. Just make in hand not on board or anything else. After make it baked both sides on tawa.
