1 big Tomatoes
1 onion
1/3 cup of chopped Paneer
2 table spoon refined oil
1 table spoon salt
Few cinnamon
Few cinnamon stick
Few Bay leafs
1 table spoon black mustered seed
1 table spoon garam masala
1 table spoon red chiili powder
1 table spoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon asafoetida
1/4 cup water

METHOD (Tomato Paneer) ⤵️
πŸ‘‰ First we make gravy of Panner masala. So first take mixture bowl and add one chopped tomato and chopped onion. Make a thick paste of it and take out in a mess.

πŸ‘‰ Now take a pan on medium flame and add refined oil. After one two minutes, add salt, black mustered seed, garam masala and asafoetida cinnamons, cinnamon sticks and bay leafs.  Now add turmeric powder and Red Chillies Powder and mixed well. Now add 1/4 cup water and mix well then add tomato- onion paste and Bake it for 5-6 minutes.

πŸ‘‰ After well baked add chopped paneer in it and mix well. Finally bake for more 10-12 minutes and  Paneer Tikka masala is ready.

Chapati ⤵️
[ Ingredients ] >>>
One cup wheat flour
Water as required
2 Table spoon oil

METHOD ( Roti - Chapati ) ⤵️
πŸ‘‰ Take the wheat flour as your requirements. We take one Cup for 4 Chapati. Add water in wheat flour to make Dough. For smoothness add some Ghee or Oil.  Now Stir with hard hand and make thick Dough. After it Make  small ball of it and press with hand. Then Make a chapati (a round shape ). You can make your own shape. Make all of as the same way.

πŸ‘‰ After make chapati bake side by side it in Tawa or Pan. Bake until the both sides has been looks bit brown. The chapati is ready to serve.
