Today's what we ate....!!! it's yummy delicious vegan south Indian Dosa. Thats healthy, vegan, veg and energetic recipe. Its very popular food and easy to make.


[ Ingredients] ::-
One cup Boiled Rice
1/3 cup Black Gram
1/4 cup Brown Chickpeas
2 table spoon fennel seed
5 table spoon refined oil
3 medium sized potatoes
1 table spoon red chiili powder
1 table spoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon coriander-cumin powder
1 table spoon garam masala

Step :- 1 (for Dosa batter ) :---
First take everything - Boiled Rice,  Black Gram, Brown Chickpeas and Fennel seeds in a big bowl and deep in water for 7-8 hours. Then take everything in mixer and mix it. Make their medium thick batter.  The day before making Dosa you have to made the batter with few water. Because after one day of made batter it has been Flufy inside.

Step : - 2 [ Masala of Dosa] :-
First boil the potatoes. After it cut very smaller or make their past. Take deep pan and add 2-3 table spoon refined oil. On medium flame, after one two minutes add red chillies Powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander-cumin powder, and garam masala in it and stir well. Now add potatoes past in it and bake well with stir for 4-5 minutes. The masala ( past that was inside Dosa) is ready to use in Dosa.

Step :- 3 ( final step to made Dosa)
Now our batter and Masla past are ready to make Dosa. Take a pan on medium flame and spread 1 table spoon refined oil. Now add some of  batter in pan in a time. Make big size Roti of it in pan and bake for few minutes until its looking brown side by side. Now spread the masala past on any single side of it. Bake for 2-3 minutes and its ready. Use all batter and masala past to make Dosa as the same way.
