Fried Ladiesfinger Oats : Ft. FulFilled Food
Today's i had ate Roti with fried Ladiesfinger oats. I have made with some new experiment for healthy crunchy delicious dinner. I had really enjoy it with roti and buttermilk.

Ingredients :-
200 grams Ladiesfinger
1 cup refined oil
1/4 table spoon garam masala
1/4 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon red chiili powder
1/4 table spoon turmeric powder
1/4 table spoon asafoetida
4-5 table spoon Oats
2 table spoon White Till

First make thick slices of each Ladiesfinger. After it in a bowl or plate add garam masala, salt, red chiili powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, white till and oats and mix well.
Take a pan on high flame. Add refined oil and boil it. After well boiled add one-two one-two
slices of Ladiesfinger mixie  in pan. Boil it for 10-15 minutes or until its become bit brown.
After it drain and  takes in plate for serving.
