This is one of the my favourite smoothie, actually the smoothie that was made by banana are my favorite. I love smoothie specially fruits smoothie.

Ingredients :-
2 Banana
5-6 pieces  of Kharek ( one types of Dates)
1-2 pieces of Soursop
milk as taste if you need

First make slices of banana and take in bowl or mixture. Then add 3-4 Table spoon milk if you like. 1 table spoon Sugar. Now mixture it thicker and take in a deep plate. After 2-3 minutes add chopped Soursop and date as garnish. Your simple healthy smoothie is ready to serve.
