INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Oats
500 Grams Curd (Yogurt)
2 table spoon refined oil
1 Lemon juice
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon black mustered seed
1 table spoon garam masala
1 table spoon red chiili powder
7-8 pieces of garlic
1 medium sized Onion
Some curry leafs , coriander leafs



METHOD ⤵️
👉  Take a pan on medium flame and add two table spoon of refined oil. After bake for one - two minutes add black mustered seed, garam masala, Chopped garlic, chopped onion, curry leafs, coriander leafs and bake with stirring. After well baked take out it in a plate. This is our Baked Masala for Yogurt - Oats.

👉 Now Take the oats in pan on medium flame and add few water. Remember don't add much water because there is also water (of) in curd.
Bake for 4-5 minutes and add baked Masala that was we baked in first step. Leave some garlic pieces and some onion. Mix and stir well with continue on medium flame.

👉 Add lemon juice and mix well. Now add Curd (Yogurt) in the mixie of oats and masala. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until the water of curd was drying in oats. Don't make so thick. After well baked take out in plate. Now garnish with the leaved onion, garlic and curry leafs.
