INGREDIENTS ::---
1 glass of refined oil
Water as required
15-17 green chillies
8 table spoon Chickpeas ( flour)
3 table spoon corn flour
Pinch of Baking soda
1 lemon juice
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon asafoetida
tomato sauce
Curd (Yogurt)

METHOD ⤵️
πŸ‘‰ First take a mess and add Chickpeas flour, Corn flour, baking soda, lemon juice, salt and  asafoetida and mix well. Now add water as make very smooth (like ketchup) dough.



πŸ‘‰ Now Take pan on medium flame and add refined oil and boil it. During this time take all the bodily (all over) chilies (non cutted non chopped) in flour mixie and mix - coated with dough.

πŸ‘‰ After well boiled refined oil add flour coated chillies in oil and fry it. After well reddish brownish color take out in plate. Remember drop out all oils from it.
Its ready for serve... Serve with tomato sauce - ketchup and refrigerated curd.
