INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup of green Peas
1/3 cup of Dry Peas
1/3 cup of White Chick Pea
1/3 cup of Brown Chick Pea
1/3 cup cheese ( chopped)
2 table spoon refined oil
1 Lemon's juice
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon black mustered seed
1 table spoon garam masala
1 table spoon red chiili powder
1 table spoon turmeric powder
Some garlic paste
Some curry leafs or coriander leafs
METHOD ⤵️
๐First take a pan and add 500ml water in it. Now add Green Peas, Dry Peas, White Chick Pea and Brown Chick Pea for boil them. After well boiled take out them in a bowl.
๐ Now Take a pan on medium flame and add two table spoon refined oil. After well hits add black mustered seed, salt, red chiili powder, turmeric powder, garlic paste, curry leafs and Garam masala. Bake for 2 minutes.
๐ Now add the boiled Green Peas, dry peas, white Chick Pea and Brown Chick Pea and mix well everything and continue baking for 5 minutes. After well baked take out it in plate and spread the chopped cheese on it.
